What does Beer By Transit cover?
Seattle and Eastside breweries and taprooms you can reach by bus or rail, from Ballard and Georgetown to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Issaquah, and Renton. It is not every brewery in Washington.
How do transit directions work?
We hand you to Google Maps with transit selected. Google plans one trip (A→B) to the first stop on your visit list, using your current location unless you change it there. Multi-stop transit itineraries are not something we can offer yet.
Is my visit list saved to an account?
No. The list lives on your device. There is no login, and we cannot recover a list from another phone or after an uninstall.
Do I need the app?
No. The same guide is on beerbytransit.com. The iOS and Android apps add a home-screen copy with the same catalog.
Are you affiliated with the breweries or transit agencies?
No. Listings are independent. Hours and what's on tap can change — confirm with the brewery and with Metro, Sound Transit, or whichever agency runs the line.
